Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Idolyra at https://idolyra.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Idolyra.

Idolyra lets you design AI-generated characters, produce short-form videos from them, and publish or schedule those videos to social accounts you connect — currently TikTok.

We act on your instructions only. We do not post anything to a connected account except in response to an action you take in the app.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at support@idolyra.com if you believe it has been compromised.

When you connect a TikTok account you authorize us to upload and publish content to it on your behalf, and to read the account information needed to do so. You may disconnect at any time from the Connections page, or revoke our access from within TikTok.

Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, its Community Guidelines, its Music Usage Confirmation and, where relevant, its Branded Content Policy. You are responsible for making sure what you post through Idolyracomplies with them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok.

Some features depend on TikTok's approval of our application. Until that approval is granted, TikTok restricts direct posts to a private audience. We show you this limitation in the app rather than letting a post fail.

You keep ownership of the content you create with Idolyra. You grant us only the licence needed to host it, process it, and deliver it to the platforms you choose to publish to.

You are responsible for what you generate and publish. You agree not to use Idolyra to:

• depict a real, identifiable person without their consent, or create content that impersonates someone;
• produce sexual content involving minors, or any content sexualising a minor;
• create material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence;
• mislead people about who is speaking or what happened — including fabricated statements attributed to real people or organisations;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, including music rights;
• break the rules of any platform you publish to.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, and may remove content that does.

Everything produced by Idolyra is synthetic. Content published to TikTok through the service is always labelled as AI-generated using TikTok's own disclosure flag. This is applied automatically and cannot be disabled. Attempting to circumvent it is a breach of these terms.

Generating content consumes credits. Current costs are shown in the app before you spend them. If a generation fails through no fault of yours, the credits are returned automatically.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable except where required by law.

We aim to keep Idolyra running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Parts of it depend on third parties — TikTok, our AI providers and our hosting providers — and their outages, rate limits, quota caps and policy changes can affect what the service can do. A scheduled post may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control; we show you the reason when that happens.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for the actions a platform takes against your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Idolyra at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@idolyra.com. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we are required to.

On termination we delete your stored credentials and content as described in the Privacy Policy. Content already published to a social platform stays there; you control it from that platform.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always at https://idolyra.com/terms.
